well, Im in Essex and its nans funeral tomorrow. Was really nice to see aunty joan, paul and meet caroline who iv not seen since i was quite little! I brought my monkey knitting project that Ive got on the go with me to do in the car and its really starting to take shape, Im loving it! Aunty Eleanor said I might be able to take some of nans old patterns and stuff so that would be really nice!!
Im really proud of my knitting and really enjoy doing it! With the help of Youtube I have learnt so many new skills!
Well, phone decided to stop playing so just coming back to this post now :)
Funeral went well, glad its all over now though. We went to nans flat and choose some things to take with us, I got several bags of knitting stuff and loads of patterns - amazing stuff!! I also got a doorstop/shoe taker offer thingy that I remember playing with when we went to nans at Crown Hill :D
monkey is coming along nicely, just got the tail to knit now and then I can start sewing it all together :D cant wait, my first PROPER project that involved following a pattern with more than knit/purl in!
